Most national web sites update every 5-10 days. Our local MLS regulations require homes be entered into the MLS (Multiple Listing System) within 4 days if they are to be part of the MLS.  Homes magazines that you find at the super markets are minimally 2-3 weeks old for lead time needs before going to print.

Without a commitment to us, we can guarantee that all homes you are interested in, that are marketed by ANY broker that utilizes the MLS system, will be emailed to you within 24 hours of them going into the system.
